With a growing pipeline of approved mixed-use developments — including commercial projects (retail included) and residential projects (from low to medium density homes to multi-unit high-rise developments) — the total value exceeding $2 billion, with individual projects surpassing $100 million.
As a result, MPL Group is keen to connect with local professionals who possess relevant experience and qualifications in construction and development.
They are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for an immediate start.
The Role - Snr Project Manager: to deliver ~200 residential dwellings as part of a larger residential development, with future opportunity to delivery Mixed-use/Residential Commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Plan construction delivery of ~200 apartments (~$100M plus) Residential development.
- Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Coordinate delivery team, subcontractors, suppliers, and trades.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively across stakeholders, clients, investors and project teams.
About You:
- We are looking to connect with candidates who demonstrate Proven experience as a Project Manager on similar (~$100M) high rise residential construction projects.
- Present with Construction and Project Management qualifications.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
- Expertise in the local market, and strong relationships It is essential that candidates align with our client's core values.
