Role Highlights: Deal with inbound/outbound calls from customers with general inquiries, administrative, office coordinating and data entry tasks.

Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service / Administration Officer to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the smooth running of daily operations.
Responsibilities may include:
- Overseeing daily office operations such as managing office supplies and equipment
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Maintain accurate client and document records
- Perform general administrative tasks and data entry
- Organise and update internal documentation and filing systems
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal team members
- Minimum 2-3 years administration/customer service experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good organisation, computer, and communication skills
- Strong administration skills
- Well presented
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work with a variety of people
Experience using programs such as Salesforce, Canva, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
