Duties
- Greeting and welcoming customers via phone, digital media, and in-person interactions.
- Processing transactions efficiently using an ERP system.
- Understanding customer needs and making tailored recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
- Managing orders and preparing accurate quotations.
- Training and mentoring new employees to ensure our high standards are maintained.
Skills and Experience
- Friendly and proactive, with a knack for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural talent for guiding customers through their purchasing decisions.
- Experience in building supplies or the construction industry is a big plus, but what is valued most is your customer-centric approach and eagerness to grow.
