With workshops in Newcastle and the Hunter, they have been locally owned and operating for almost 70 years.
About the role
Due to continued growth, they are looking for a creative and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of their brand and performance marketing efforts across two entities and all channels. Within this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the website, developing and managing content, email marketing and social media, along with various branding initiatives. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Manage the company social media including monitor posts, track engagement, and coordinate content.
- Update the company website to increase Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) efforts to improve website performance.
- Monitor performance metrics, reporting weekly insights and optimisation recommendations.
- Manage reporting and trend analysis, contributing insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and deliver compelling, on-brand visual and written content for distribution across multiple channels, including company websites, blogs, social media platforms, advertising outlets, and other marketing mediums.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in marketing, advertising or communications (desirable)
- Experience managing and maintaining websites and social media platforms
- An exceptional eye for detail and love for creating content.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO techniques to be able to implement recommendations from digital consultants.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships across the business.
- Demonstrated experience in analysing sales data, market trends and campaign results.
