Role Overview:
As our Marketing & Product Coordinator, you’ll ensure HTG’s digital presence is as smooth as a first-class flight. You'll be responsible for maintaining website assets, optimizing digital engagement, and ensuring our events are as unforgettable as the destinations we offer. Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing & Website Management: Keep HTG’s website running as smoothly as a well-oiled suitcase, optimizing for SEO, user experience, and lead generation, while collaborating with developers to improve functionality.
  • Online Platform Optimization: Update travel product listings with the latest deals and ensure everything is as polished as a five-star review!
  • Digital Campaign Support: Assist in running digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, and PPC, while making sure each campaign takes off and lands successfully (pun intended!).
  • Event Planning & Coordination: Plan and execute travel industry events, trade shows, and promotions that will leave our customers as excited as a long-awaited holiday.
  • Supplier & Partner Coordination: Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners, ensuring all digital assets align with our brand and help customers book their next dream getaway.
  • Reporting & Performance Analysis: Track key performance metrics and analyse data, like a travel expert checking flight prices—always looking for the best deal (or, in this case, the best performance)!

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Event Management, or a related field (preferable).
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, and event coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, social media advertising, and CMS platforms.
  • Proven experience in event planning, vendor management, and digital campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills (because, let's be real, you'll need them!).
  • Passion for travel, cruises, and unique holiday experiences. Bonus points if you’ve packed more than once and still haven’t perfected the art of keeping your suitcase within the weight limit.

Working Hours:
