The Role
This is a fast-paced, varied support role where no two days are the same. You’ll be supporting three Partners across the studio team – each with different styles and strengths, making emotional intelligence and adaptability key. You’ll be their trusted gatekeeper and right-hand – always one step ahead of their schedules, priorities, and relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage busy, ever-changing diaries and schedules
- Coordinate meetings, internal and external communications
- Book travel, manage email inboxes and provide general admin support
- Liaise with clients, acting as the key go-between with tact and warmth
- Assist with presentation prep – InDesign skills a bonus, but not essential
- Pitch in with studio-wide initiatives including events and ad hoc projects
- Work closely with the broader support team – collaboration is key!
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll be confident, capable and approachable – someone who brings energy and warmth to a role while staying calm under pressure. This role would suit someone who has experience supporting senior stakeholders and is eager to be part of a team.
- Previous experience as a PA, Team Assistant, or EA
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
- Great initiative and foresight – you’re always one step ahead
- Confidence working with diaries, travel bookings and inbox management
- Flexibility and a collaborative, ‘pitch in’ attitude
- Bonus points for any experience with InDesign or presentation formatting
- This role is full-time and office-based to start with, potential for longer-term flexibility
- Core hours are based around a 38-hour week, with a supportive flex working policy
