Senior Change Manager/ Change Lead

TheDriveGroup has partnered with a globally recognised organisation that is embarking on a major ERP transformation project within its supply chain function . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Manager or Change Lead to step into a pivotal role driving internal and external communications, engagement, and training strategies for a high-impact program.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the change and communication stream across a large-scale ERP implementation
• Working closely with SteerCo and senior stakeholders to align messaging and engagement
• Developing and delivering internal and external communication plans
• Creating and rolling out training materials, updated procedures, and documentation
• Supporting adoption through change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and engagement plans

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Change Manager or Change Lead on ERP or large transformation programs
• Strong communication strategy background – confident in engaging from the ground floor to the executive level
• Experience delivering training and procedural documentation across business units
• Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments across internal teams and external vendors
• A background in supply chain or operations environments is highly regarded
