The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working as part of the Advancement Team, the Marketing Associate will play a key role in supporting the school’s communication and promotional strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting with marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Coordinating the marketing calendar
• Managing marketing collateral and digital content
• Social media management and campaign reporting
• Updating and maintaining the website
• Supporting event promotions and stakeholder communications
• In-house graphic design and external supplier liaison
• Assisting with photography, videography, and school publications
About You
We are seeking a proactive team player with:
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, media, or related field
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media tools, and analytics software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• A valid Working With Children Check
• Previous experience in a school setting (desirable, but not essential)
