About The Role
As a Delivery Manager, you’ll lead the successful execution of end-to-end technology initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you'll ensure the smooth delivery of complex projects while helping uplift Agile practices and culture across the business.
DUTIES
Deliver technology projects from initiation to completion using Agile methodologiesManage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocationsFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesCollaborate closely with stakeholders across both technology and business unitsProvide clear, concise project updates to senior leadershipIdentify delivery roadblocks and develop solutions to maintain momentumChampion continuous improvement and uplift Agile maturity across teamsBuild a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and outcome-driven delivery
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
Proven experience delivering complex technology projects in an Agile or hybrid environmentStrong stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence outcomes across departmentsFamiliarity with delivery frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, Prince2, or PMPExcellent communication skills and the ability to deliver executive-level reportingExperience managing cross-functional teams and navigating project risksA practical mindset for embedding better ways of working and driving delivery excellence
