About the RoleJoin a growing company and a collaborative team as a Forklift Operator / Storeperson. In this role, you will be responsible for high-reach forklift operations, loading and unloading trucks, and working in a cold storage/freezer environment. This is a casual position with the potential to transition to permanent employment.
Responsibilities
- Operate a high-reach forklift to move, store, and load products.
- Assist with pick packing, stock control, and general labouring duties.
- Work in cold storage/freezer areas as required.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Follow all workplace health and safety regulations.
- Valid Forklift License (HR) with high-reach experience.
- Full working rights in Australia (minimum 12 months).
- Ability to work Monday to Friday (4 AM or 6 AM starts, possible rotating shifts).
- Comfortable working in cold storage/freezer environments.
- Ability to pass a PEM & DNA check, if required.
- $35 per hour (incl. casual loading) with the option to go permanent.
