- 30 hours a week until June 2026.
The Client Support Link Worker will work directly with children (up to 18 years) and/or families, conducting holistic assessments, developing personalised plans, and helping clients access community services to improve their well-being.
The Community Engagement Link Worker will focus on mapping local services, building partnerships with stakeholders, and promoting social inclusion by connecting individuals with suitable community activities.
Both roles collaborate closely to ensure seamless support for individuals while strengthening broader community engagement. The Client Support Link Worker focuses on direct assistance, while the Community Engagement Link Worker develops connections and opportunities within the wider community. Together, they help build sustainable social networks and foster long-term inclusion.
Ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications in Social Work, Human Services, or Community Development, experience in advocacy, safeguarding, and relationship -building , and a commitment to empowering diverse communities .
