About our Opportunity


With current sales processes being established at a site level, this new role, Sales Operations Transformation Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and refining group sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. With revenue near $1b, 100s of Sellers and 30+ sites, the purpose of this role is to identify best-practice and create leverage across the group.


The role will support Executive General Managers and their sales leaders to implement sales management standards to maintain pipelines and improve sales forecasting. Additionally, the role will oversee sales performance insight generation, sales process development, CRM system management and implementation.


A highly autonomous role, requiring constructive engagement with a broad range of stakeholders from all levels of the organisation, offering the challenge of supporting sales strategy development from design and implementing processes as well as governance to realise the strategy including the associated change management.


This role can be located at anyone of our sites on the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.


About You


Our business is on a trajectory of growth, we're looking for someone who is an action orientated individual, self starter to step into this new role and shape it. Experience in a business delivering physical products and services with an element of customisation is preferred.


You will have experience in:

  • Developing and maturing sales operations across a diverse organisation - geography, route-to-market, product / sales processes and existing capabilities
  • Establishing and implementing customer master data structures
  • Designing and implementing sales management standards, governance cadences, KPIs and Dashboards e.g. in PowerBI (can leverage IT team for build)
  • Mapping cross-functional processes, coordinating cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and coordinating with broad teams to implement process improvement including IT for systems and automation.
  • CRM scoping, process design and deployment
  • Analysing and drawing insights from Sales and Seller data to identify best practices, and deploying across complex organisations
  • Developing governance processes for pricing / discount and sales incentive plans
