Senior Manager Business Readiness

MyState Limited
Hobart Full-day Full-time

Description:

At MyState, we’re gearing up for our next chapter of transformation and integration.

With the merger of MyState and Auswide Bank, we’ve grown into a dynamic group made up of four trusted brands – MyState Bank, Auswide Bank, SelfCo, and TPT Wealth. This evolution brings bigger opportunities, broader markets, and a stronger platform for innovation and change.

We’re committed to making change stick, and that’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Business Readiness to play a critical role in preparing our people and business for success as we deliver on key integration, business, and regulatory projects. You’ll lead a team, working hands-on to ensure that we land change smoothly and with purpose.

A Day in the Life

You’ll lead end-to-end business readiness planning and execution across a range of complex programs. That includes aligning initiatives with our broader transformation roadmap, embedding new processes and systems, and supporting leaders and employees as they transition from current to future state.

Collaboration will be key—you’ll partner with project teams, senior leaders and more to drive adoption and minimise disruption. You'll keep a sharp focus on our people, ensuring change is delivered with empathy, structure and clarity. You’ll also track success with measurable outcomes, making data-informed decisions to refine and improve our approach as we go.

What You’ll Bring

You’ll bring deep expertise in change management, with PROSCI certification highly regarded. With over 10 years of experience in change or business readiness and at least 5 years leading enterprise-level change initiatives, you have a solid understanding of the full project lifecycle, from design and development through to testing, deployment and production support. Experience within the financial services industry is essential. You’re a strategic thinker who can translate complex programs into clear, actionable plans, and a skilled communicator who knows how to engage stakeholders and bring people along on the journey. You have a sharp eye for risk, an ability to solve problems early, and a drive to keep momentum moving. Most importantly, you're passionate about making change meaningful and ensuring it lands well across the business.

Why Join Us?

You’ll work with a collaborative, customer-focused team that’s punching above its weight to deliver impact across our growing business. We invest in our people, offering development, autonomy and opportunities to lead. This is your chance to take ownership, drive lasting change, and help shape the future of a bold and evolving financial services group.
