About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join the Central Northern Adelaide Renal and Transplant Service (CNARTS) team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality, confidential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of outpatient services and the delivery of effective patient care. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate patient records, preparing clinics, and supporting day-to-day administrative functions that are essential to both CNARTS and CALHN operations.
Based at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, this role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and professional team, with the flexibility to work across all CNARTS locations as needed. Your strong organisational skills, commitment to patient-centred service, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment will be key to your success in this rewarding position.
About You
You are an organised and adaptable administration professional who thrives in a busy healthcare environment. You will bring:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to interact effectively and confidently with patients, families, and staff.

Excellent organisational and time management abilities , including multitasking, prioritising workloads, and working under pressure.

Solid experience in administrative support , with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with healthcare systems such as Sunrise EMR, Pracsoft, and OACIS.

A commitment to confidentiality and customer service , along with the initiative to improve procedures and embrace new processes.
