Established for over 30 years, our client has provided first class service and quality workmanship to their customers throughout Australia. Their diverse expertise and experience, across all vehicle manufacturers in the accident repair sector allows them to be the number one automotive smash repair network in Australia.
A position is now available for a Senior Regional Manager who will be responsible for supporting and managing relationships with Members, Customers and Industry Connections. This will be an on-the-road role where you will be the first point of contact for Members and their business and will provide support with negotiations, dispute resolution, financial and operational standards to drive excellence and performance across the WA Region.
To be successful in this role, it is envisaged you will be a commercially astute self starter, who has Tertiary qualifications in business and finance, along with 10+ years automotive industry trade experience.

Duties:
  • Be the first point of contact for all members and suppliers in the region and assist with any formal communications and negotiations.
  • Visit and engage with members quarterly to strengthen relationships and ensure Owners get the most from their membership.
  • Manage and attend industry events including member meetings, social gatherings, and training sessions.
  • Oversee financial responsibilities including calculating rebates, reporting expenses and meeting agreed reporting timelines.
  • Actively promote the Company brand and preferred supplier partnerships, both locally and nationally.
  • Prepare reports and present business opportunities to the National Commercial Manager.
  • Continually conduct activities to stimulate and generate revenue opportunities for members and suppliers to ensure a win/win.
  • Review, monitor and report on competitor industry activities and trends.
  • Meet agreed Company targets and KPI's set by the Board in relation to this role.
Skills and Experience:
  • 10+ years Commercial experience in the Automotive Trade, Supply or Automotive Solutions sector.
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Business, Management or Finance will be highly regarded.
  • High level people skills with the ability to influence and connect with diverse stakeholders.
  • Clear understanding of business financials, to be able to calculate rebates and expenses.
  • High level computer skills, with the ability to use current documents, upload reports and manage the storage portal as required.
  • Advanced organizational skills to manage and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proven Sales success, with the ability to identify revenue or member opportunities for the group.
  • Well-presented, relationship-driven, and outgoing personality.
  • MUST be living in Australia and have full working rights. This position is NOT suitable to candidates requiring sponsorship.
