Job Description

Seller Assist is an innovative, personalised service designed to connect homeowners with the best real estate agents across the country. Our goal is to streamline the process of finding and comparing agents, ensuring a superior real estate experience for our clients. We offer homeowners a free concierge service that selects three top-performing agents based on past results, current listings, response times and customer reviews. Homeowners can then meet these agents, receive appraisals and select the right-fit agent to sell their property, saving time and simplifying the process.

The role
  • Act as the main point of contact for both homeowners and real estate agents throughout the selling process.
  • Support homeowners in finding the most suitable agent to sell their property.
  • Liaise with selected real estate agents to ensure a smooth and timely connection with homeowners.
  • Review agent research and recommendations provided by Seller Assist Coordinators for your allocated clients.
  • Manage your client pipeline in the CRM from initial lead through to settlement.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a professional phone and email manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files concurrently.
  • Empathetic, personable, and confident communicator-able to build trust with diverse clients.
  • Sound knowledge of the property selling process and how real estate agents operate.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and maintain high service standards under pressure.
