Delaware North Australia is hiring a Front Office Team Leader to join the team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. In this hands-on, customer-focused role, you will lead the team to meet brand standards and guest expectations, using your strong leadership and organisational skills for exceptional service and efficient operations.

What will you do?
Assist the management team in day-to-day supervision of Front Office operationsLead and mentor the Front Office team to service excellenceMaximise guest satisfaction by managing guest complaints effectivelyDevelop strong relationships with all departments and stakeholdersPromote a guest culture of "fun and entertainment" through active employee engagementAssist with employee training and performance management
More About You
Demonstrated experience in a hotel leadership position, preferably in a 4+ star propertyQualifications Hotel Management or Hospitality studies is highly desirableStrong knowledge of hotel reservation systems (Opera advantageous)Full availability to work on a 24/7 rotating rosterAbility to train and motivate a team
