Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Cage Cashier Manager to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. In this role you will support the Cage and Count Team to ensure the compliance of our internal policies and procedures are followed while abiding to gaming regulations. - Perform analysis and interpret financial reports and documents
- Liaise with relevant gaming authorities regarding any changes that may occur to operations or legislation
- Prepare documentation to be submitted to relevant Licensing Departments
- Complete rostering of team members including management of their breaks
- Minimise costs, including the control of expenses and reducing the day-to-day labour costs without compromising guest service
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Experience in a casino cage or bank in a cash handling capacity
- Degree qualified in accounting or similar discipline preferred, with a strong mathematical ability
- Demonstrated knowledge of gaming systems and the ability to understand and interpret gaming rules and regulations
- Ability to obtain and maintain a NT Casino Operative License
