We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an insurance broker to join our dynamic and successful Strata team. This role will be based in Perth. This is a hybrid position, with the opportunity to work from home and in the office.

The successful candidate will have a good level of industry knowledge across general insurance, have experience in account management, attention to detail, initiative, organisational skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients, insurers, team members, and other relevant stakeholders.
We will count on you to:

• Deliver the account management of workflows for renewals, new business, and new developments.
• Provide assistance in all aspects of client service and the management of a small portfolio of Strata accounts, ensuring high quality client service.
• Write renewal reports and make recommendations on placements and coverage.
• Maintain effective working relationships with insurers and clients.
• Liaise with clients & insurers and address enquiries raised.

What you need to have:

• Relevant general insurance experience in broking, 2 plus years preferable.
• Experience across Strata would be well regarded.
• Completed Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance qualification
• Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional client service skills.
