Description:
- Coordinate end-to-end contractor mobilisations
- Manage visa applications and maintain preferred employer status
- Conduct payroll checks and liaise with finance
- Deliver first-line HR advice to internal stakeholders
- Facilitate employee inductions and onboarding
- Collaborate with Shared Services to streamline mobilisation processes
- Quickly get up to speed with mobilisation systems and procedures
Requirements:
- Background in Human Resources , ideally within mining, construction, or remote workforce industries
- Track record in mobilisation
- Strong understanding of visa processes , payroll , and HR compliance
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to hit the ground running and adapt quickly
