Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Business Development Associate to join our growing IT company on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in sales, marketing, and business growth in the tech industry. The initial engagement will be for 6 months on probation, with a career development plan and the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Support lead generation efforts through digital outreach, market research, and LinkedIn/email campaigns.
Assist in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities in the IT services and software sectors.
Help in creating marketing materials, sales presentations, and pitch decks.
Maintain CRM systems, update prospect databases, and track outreach activities.
Support coordination of online marketing efforts, including social media, email newsletters, and SEO.
Collaborate with senior sales and marketing team members on proposals and client follow-ups.
Participate in internal strategy meetings and contribute ideas for business growth.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and potential opportunities.
Track and report performance metrics such as pipeline progress and campaign effectiveness.
Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging, campaigns, and outreach.
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to understand solutions and support proposal development.
What We’re Looking For :
Recently graduated or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related fields.
Strong interest in technology, digital marketing, and sales.
Basic understanding of B2B marketing and/or IT services is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid setup.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments (preferred but not mandatory).
Understanding of modern marketing tools like CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or HubSpot (preferred).
