Join Nine as a Graduate Network & Infrastructure Engineer, ensuring high-uptime and secure solutions across media operations.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Nine’s network, connectivity, firewalls, compute, storage, virtualization, and backup systems.
- Monitoring health and utilization, responding to incidents and requests.
- Adhering to operational processes like change management.
- Participating in an on-call roster as required.
- Delivering projects on time and on budget, focusing on Melbourne-related projects.
- Enforcing security policies on network and infrastructure solutions.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- A solid understanding of network and/or infrastructure technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High motivation to learn and develop additional skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Desirable experience in software development, scripting, and automation (Powershell and Ansible preferred).
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, ActiveDirectory, AzureAD, Windows/Linux, VMWare, Storage, SSO.
- Previous experience in the media or technology industry is desirable.
