This is a role for a passionate Customer Service Advocate, who thrives on helping others! As a customer service specialist for this Global Medical Device company, your task is to make their customers successful. This is a demanding role that requires a broad skillset. Not only will you be directly responsible for keeping their customers happy and productive, but your job is also to ensure that the internal and external stakeholders have the best experience possible.
The Role
To provide high level customer service to both internal and external customers
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Ensure that customer satisfaction scores from the CSS and CX reports are consistently of the highest standard
- Resolve customer enquiries in a considerate and timely manner, exceeding KPI's.
- Provide pricing, ETA's, delivery information and tracking of orders to customers.
- Process orders, returns, quotes and other requests.
- Assisting customers with product, stock queries and keeping customers informed of delivery schedules .
- Undertaking any other tasks that may be required by the Customer Advocate Manager or Managing Director
You
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Time Management Skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adaptability, resilience and a willingness to Learn
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and a background in Salesforce & Microsoft office suite would be an advantage
