The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant / Graduate Accountant to join a dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career accounting professional to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment and grow within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliations
- Help maintain accurate financial records and data entry
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required
- Contribute to process improvement and compliance initiatives
- Recently completed or near completion of a degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a growing business
