About the role
Fantastic permanent opportunity for a Quality CI & Trial Coordinator to join the SunRice Group in Leeton. In this role, you will ensure effective completion and management of site trials and identification of continuous improvement projects related to the Quality Assurance at the Leeton site. This includes overseeing trial coordination, managing change processes, updating HACCP systems, and leading projects aimed at reducing internal Non-Compliance (NCR) and Consumer and Customer complaints. Additionally, you will identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using recognised methodologies to deliver long-term sustainable solutions.

You will also have:

Ideally tertiary education to graduate level

Experience / background within the Food industry

industry recognised Lean Six Sigma or similar project management tool qualification

Ideally HACCP process / External HACCP trained

Internal Auditor training (desirable)

Knowledge of SQF or equivalent GSFI benchmarked food standard

Knowledge of SAP and iAuditor (safety culture) platform

Project management skills

Strong attention to detail
