The Duties:
While the duties will be diverse and not limited to the following, they will include:

• Services, repairs and diagnostics on all farm machinery including tractors, implements, RTV’s, mowers and garden equipment.
• Service and repair agricultural petrol and diesel engines, drive trains, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, hydraulics and electrics.
• Assemble tractor implements and accessories.
• Maintain customer, job and warranty documentation.
• Perform workshop, on-farm and field service jobs.
• Operate service vehicle for off-site calls.
• Maintain safe workplace practices in all site environments.

The Person:
Suitable applicants will be able to demonstrate:

• Relevant Trade Qualifications (Ag or Automotive) or extensive Ag machinery service experience with no trade quals.
• A high level of self-motivation.
• The ability to work autonomously and make decisions.
• The willingness to learn.
• A minimum C class manual driver licence.
• A positive can-do attitude in the workplace.
• A strong compliance and safety driven workplace attitude.

Although not essential, preference will be shown to applicants also able to offer:

• Agricultural machinery experience.
• Kubota or Mahindra experience.
• Other licences or operator competencies.
