Job Description
THE ROLE
- Review finalised credit applications to ensure adherence to the policy and risk appetite.
- Identify policy breaches and potential risk exposures through structured reviews.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve individual performance and team-wide credit quality.
- Maintain a portfolio of QA findings and track action items to support reporting to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to ensure accuracy and consistency in credit assessments and related processes.
- Contribute to the refinement and updates to credit policies and processes based on QA findings.
THIS PERSON IS SOMEONE WITH…
- Experience in Credit Operations, Loan Underwriting, Risk or Quality Assurance.
- Strong understanding of credit assessment principles.
- Experience with reviewing bank statements, preferably for SME.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset, embrace change and thrive from it.
