About Your New RoleThe Standards and Methods Analyst maintains and deploys the Business Analysis methodologies, tools and templates ensuring alignment with industry standards.
Responsibilities Include
Maintains and refines Business Analysis standards and methods, ensuring processes and templates are maintained in line with industry best practice Supports training for Business Analysis staff Maintains a repository of the City’s Business Analysis knowledge database,best practices, and case studies and facilitates sharing of this information with the Business Analysis team Coordinate and report on Business Analysis lessons learnt Provide expert and specialist advice on Business Analysis in plain English, ensuring consistency and clarity of advice Provide mentoring and guidance on Business Analysis tools Keep abreast of and evaluate the effectiveness of new Business Analysis tools and techniques
We're Looking For People Who Have
Bachelor Degree of Business Analytics or/and equivalent Business Analysis knowledge and experience Certificate of Coaching/Training and/or equivalent experience 2-4 years’ experience in business analysis, knowledge/experience of large-scale and transformational initiatives would be advantageous
Formal qualifications in at least one of the following (multiple qualifications are highly desirable):
Certified Business Analysis Professional Entry Certificate in Business Analysis PMI Professional in Business Analysis Agile methodology Knowledge Project Management methodology knowledge BABOK framework knowledge BPMN 2.0
