About Your New RoleThe Senior Business Improvement (BI) Officer is responsible for identifying, analysing, and driving initiatives that deliver transformational change, improve our business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support our strategic and organisation goals.
Responsibilities Include
Identify, analyse and drive business improvement initiatives on behalf of Executive Committees or the Executive General Manager Oversee and support Business Improvement Officers and Administrators in analysis and delivery of business improvement initiatives Conduct data and business analysis to support identification and implementation of improvement initiatives Review, analyse and identify opportunities for process improvement using best practice methods and techniques Lead or participate in cross-functional projects aimed at business improvement, including managing schedules, stakeholders, budgets, and risk Support the organisation in managing change effectively, ensuring business improvement initiatives are embedded and change us successfully adopted Work closely with senior leadership to understand strategic goals and alignment to business improvement initiatives. Manage stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and presented with sufficient information for decision-making Promote a continuous improvement, innovation-led, and transformational mindset to optimise business improvement
We're Looking For People Who Have
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project/Program Management or similar or equivalent industry experience Min 5 years’ experience in a business improvement role or similar
Formal qualifications in at least one of the following (multiple qualifications are highly desirable):
Six Sigma Yellow Belt or above or equivalent Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA®) or above or equivalent PRINCE2® Project Management or above or equivalent PROSCI® or Change Management Practitioner or above or equivalent Driver Licence Class C unrestricted
