Job Description
Responsible for all food and beverage service operations, including Restaurant, room service, bar and functions..
Responsible for the venues Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Completing monthly beverage stock take
Mentoring and Managing staff.
About the Restaurant:
A busy environment catering to Guests and external reservations.
We have 3 Function rooms and 1 main restaurant, open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast buffet, ala carte lunch and ala carte dinner.
1 main bar open 7 days a week
Salary: 69,000 - 85,000
Qualifications
hold a relevant qualification equivalent to an AQF diploma and one year of experience or 3 years experience in a Restaurant Management role.
