Reporting to the Director of Business and Operations, you will play a key role in fostering safe, compliant, and supportive learning environments that enhance student outcomes and meet legislative obligations
As the Risk and Compliance Officer, you will:
Strengthen compliance measures and improve WHS risk mitigation tools across the College. Ensure adherence to WHS legislation and CET policies. Maintain hazard/risk registers and implementing annual WHS plans. Assist with incident and hazard investigations. Facilitate risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Promote and support a proactive safety culture within St Marys College.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2018.
