What you will be doingReporting directly to Lead, Instructional Products, in this role you will:
* Business-partner with subject matter experts to develop a working knowledge of election procedures that need to be documented to support election delivery
* Produce accurate, comprehensive and user-friendly work instructions for the temporary election workforce to use during election delivery
* Contribute to the publication process to ensure work instruction publications (e.g. manuals, guides, tasksheets) are published by required due dates
* Contribute to the ongoing maintenance of the VECs by-election work instruction publication suite to respond to procedural changes and stakeholder feedback
* Contribute to the planning, development and scheduling of the Instructional Products work program

* Demonstrated experience delivering a variety of clear, accurate and user-focused work instructions
* Proven ability to comprehend, investigate and deconstruct complex processes
* High-level verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a responsive delivery environment
* Commitment to the VEC's core values
