The Role
Join Pepper's Performance & Improvement Team located at Parramatta as a Performance & Data Analyst to enhance customer experience post-settlement. You'll identify and implement process improvements using structured tools and methodologies, champion customer needs, and support team development through knowledge sharing and coaching. Engage with stakeholders and establish yourself as the go-to internal consultant for problem-solving and design initiatives.
About you
Here’s what we’re looking for:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the financial services industry
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment
• A tertiary qualification in Business, IT or Data & Analysis
• Experience with Alteryx would be a great advantage but someone with a high level of Excel knowledge is a minimum.
• Experience with Tableau / Power BI, Power Automate, Qualtrics/MS Dynamics are desirable.
• Strong analytical skills including proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Understanding of workflow analysis and lean management principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Skills in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring
• The ability to adapt to changing technologies and business environments
