About the role
We have an opportunity for a Service Desk Senior Analyst to be part of our Technology Service Centre, Technology and Communication Services Command. The Service Desk Senior Analyst is responsible for providing a range of quality ICT support services to port the business needs. The role maintains currency and accuracy of system and process information, ntors and trains less experienced analysts and accepts escalation of complex calls from Analysts.
