About the Role

Balmain Hospital is a community-based healthcare facility that has been caring for local people since 1885. It is dedicated to Aged Care, Rehabilitation and General Practice. Balmain Hospital is committed to providing the highest standards of healthcare to meet individual needs.

To provide high quality, administrative support to the patients and staff in Balmain Hospital which includes, General Practice Casualty (GPC), Admissions Department, Switchboard and Medical Records. The General Practice Casualty (GPC) is an urgent care/GP service treating minor illness and injuries for patients, open between 08:00am - 10:00 pm seven days a week.

  • Excellent customer service and good interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in the provision of administration, reception and switchboard skills.
