What You’ll be doing:
The Manager Technical Product plays a critical role within the NSW RFS by leading the development and management of safety standards and supplier contracts for uniforms and technical equipment. Reporting to the Director of Operational Logistics and overseeing a small team, this role ensures RFS personnel are equipped with high-quality, compliant, and fit for purpose protective clothing and equipment.
With a strong focus on safety, logistics efficiency, and contract performance, the role provides expert technical guidance, drives continuous improvement in product delivery, and fosters strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.
