About The Role
As the Project Officer, you will undertake specialist study tour and / or offshore school programs project activities to achieve desired outcomes.
As the Project Officer, you will have responsibility for the following:
- Assist senior staff with the implementation and management of all international study tour and / or offshore school programs, including liaison with international and domestic tour operators, offshore based schools and state schools, leading individual programs.
- Prepare individual group quotations and bookings for your allocated accredited agents through the use of the QStar web-based tour management system.
- Assist senior staff with the implementation and management of all international study tour programs, including liaison with international and domestic based tour operators and State Schools, leading individual programs as required.
- Create and disseminate policies and procedures relating to virtual and onshore study tour and / or offshore school programs.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of training modules for both accredited and state schools.
- Sales and Marketing of all EQI Study Tour, Professional Visit and Offshore School programs.
- Provision of high-quality customer service.
- Creation of briefing notes, and other required documentation and / or reports as required.
