The Role

We’re looking for a driven and collaborative Talent Acquisition Partner to join our high-performing People & Culture team. In this critical role, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across three of our core business units — Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Nurse, Logichealth, and Health & Co — each with unique hiring needs from frontline clinical roles to corporate and operational support and other ad-hoc portfolios from time to time.


You’ll work closely with hiring managers to provide strategic recruitment advice, communicate effectively throughout the hiring journey, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and ensure compliance with internal processes and legislative requirements. About You

  • At least 1–3 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment in a high-volume environment
  • Experience hiring for frontline, clinical, or corporate roles
  • A trusted partner to stakeholders, including senior leaders, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Skilled in sourcing across digital platforms
  • Organised, proactive, and outcomes-driven
  • Passionate about people, inclusion, communication, and innovation


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across a range of high-volume and specialist roles
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver tailored hiring solutions
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with hiring managers and candidates to ensure alignment, transparency, and an exceptional experience
  • Facilitate effective, timely updates and feedback loops throughout the recruitment process
  • Deliver high-quality, timely recruitment outcomes aligned with organisational goals
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their business needs and team dynamics
  • Source and attract top talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies and employment legislation
  • Enhance our employer brand through a seamless candidate experience
  • Promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring process
  • Leverage data and metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process
