Description:
· Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.· Provide technical product information, specifications, and solutions to customers and sales partners.· Collaborate with external sales team members to develop proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, industry trends, and competitor offerings.· Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable product solutions.· Track customer interactions and opportunities in CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite).· Process and follow up on sales orders and ensure customer satisfaction.· Support of Stores Operations as and when required
Requirements:
· 2+ years of experience in technical sales, inside sales, or customer service with an electrical/electronic product or solution.· Strong understanding of technical products relevant to the industry (e.g., electrical components, automation equipment, software solutions).· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
