Duties and responsibilities include
- Manage a $350,000 portfolio of SME and domestic loyal clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and drive business growth.
- Analyse client data and market trends to drive informed business decisions and growth.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience in portfolio management, ideally within the SME or domestic market is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Sharp analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights and drive business success.
- Driven and adaptable, with the ability to thrive independently or in a team.
