The Opportunity
Due to ongoing growth, we’re on the lookout for a National Account Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Executive Director of Business Development & Marketing, you'll play a key role in nurturing key client relationships, expanding our footprint in the insurance market, and driving sustainable, profitable growth.

- Manage key accounts across national insurance brands
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Drive retention and satisfaction by delivering on client expectations
- Prepare monthly business reporting
- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings, training, and KPI reporting
- Be a trusted ambassador for JLG across all interactions
- Identify market opportunities and lead business development initiatives
- Leverage analytics and internal tools to enhance client service
- Liaise with internal departments and senior management to stay ahead of industry changes
- Travel locally and interstate, as required

Your Experience & Skills
- Strong background in the insurance industry
- Experience in claims and account management
- Proven decision-making and negotiation abilities
- High-level relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Valid Australian driver's licence
