Are you a motivated relationship-builder with a flair for client engagement and business development? A dynamic and growing organisation in the textile sector is looking for an Account Manager to join their collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in account management or customer relationship roles—whether you’re experienced or just starting out. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent service and helping clients bring their products to life, we’d love to hear from you.
Your new role:
You’ll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of valued clients—both existing and prospective. Working closely with internal stakeholders such as design and production, you’ll drive business development efforts, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships
• Partner with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions
• Negotiate contracts and assist in closing agreements
• Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports
• Support client requests and resolve issues as needed
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in an account management or customer-facing role is ideal
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• A background or interest in textiles is a bonus
• Tertiary qualifications in Design or a related field (desirable but not essential)
