Due to rapid growth we are looking for a Account Manager to join the sales team and help grow the appointed Melbourne metro and surrounding territory. You will use your communication skills to identify and address clients’ needs while
representing the largest appliance aftercare company in Australia.
Responsibilities:
● Gathering and updating account information on company CRM.
● Field sales call cycle to educate our clients on the complete offering.
● Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries.
● Build strong client relationships, through regular visits and communication.
● Reporting on the status of accounts and new opportunities of growth.
● Communicate product and pricing details clearly with clients.
● Promote new products/services to existing customers.
Requirements and skills:
● Confident and eager to put your stamp on the role.
● Experience with CRM software is of advantage.
● Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships.
● Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
● High degree of professionalism.
● Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year plus attractive Commission structure
