Working closely with your manager and the wider Marketing & Communications team, you’ll be the creative force behind global marketing campaigns that boost connection with their customers. From shaping standout messaging to driving regional engagement, your words will help elevate a trusted healthcare brand across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns in support of global business goals;
- Create and manage campaign playbooks for service initiatives, technology launches, and engagement programs;
- Lead the development of written materials for external audiences, including websites, brochures, and customer communications;
- Drive campaign engagement through compelling, brand-aligned written messaging;
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to optimise campaign effectiveness using data-driven insights; and
- Oversee campaign collateral and engagement materials, ensuring consistency and quality across markets.
You write clearly and strategically, you enjoy campaign development and being hands-on with copy. You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment and can balance creativity with execution.
Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
- 4+ years’ experience in marketing campaign management with a strong focus on written communications;
- Proven ability to write engaging, audience-targeted materials;
- Experience in healthcare or professional services marketing; and
- Strong project management skills and ability to work across multiple priorities.
