What You'll Be Doing
Undertake switchboard and general enquiry functions.Undertake paging responsibilities.Perform emergency procedures in relation to Medical Emergency Team (MET), fire, and disaster and duress response (Code Black) requirements and be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures and to participate in regular training in safety procedures.Maintain Taxi Authority Register.Maintain key register ensuring all keys are signed in/out for staff accommodation, residences and hospital motor vehicles and store documentation.Be responsible for the opening and securing of Thomas Street access doors at the designated times.

How To Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible:
Demonstrated excellent and effective communication skills i.e. written and verbal.Demonstrated effective computer skills with knowledge of Windows based software systems.Able to remain calm during emergencies i.e. cardiac arrests, security issues.Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.Ability to maintain confidentiality of client/patients and relevant Health Service Business at all times.Ability to work shift work.Ability to work within other Hotel Services Departments.Demonstrated ability to adhere to the defined standards of ethical and professional conduct consistent with the current NSW Health Code of Conduct and/or relevant professional standards where applicable.
