BBB Remote Site Services are seeking an experienced Chef to join our tight-knit team at one of our remote sites.
Principally an 8 and 6 role, the successful applicant will be key to ensuring high quality provision of breakfast, crib lunch and dinner for up to 64 persons with the support of the on-site team. The successful candidate will also possess the experience and capability to manage the delivery of services at camp including:

Direct engagement and communications with client management

Oversight and management of BBB camp staff including utilities and cleaners

Promote a safe working place with a focus on employee health & wellbeing

Maintain a high level of Customer and Staff satisfaction

BBB Remote Site Services is a WA company specialising in the provision of temporary and fixed term remote sites, the provision of camp management and catering services and the rental of commercial site caravans and portable buildings for all applications. Our customers are predominantly in the mining, construction and agriculture sectors. Essential Criteria for this Role

Trade qualified Head Chef with supervisor experience

Fluent in verbal and written English with good communications skills

Demonstrated knowledge of Food Safety and OH&S

Attention to detail, flexibility and reliability

Well versed in Western Style Cooking
