About the Role

Hockey Australia is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Member Services & Community Support Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our vibrant hockey community. In this role, you’ll provide frontline assistance to members, clubs, schools, coaches, and officials—ensuring a seamless digital experience and helping them navigate our systems with confidence and ease.

You’ll also be responsible for analysing participation data to uncover trends and insights that inform strategic decisions and support the growth of hockey nationwide. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive System Support: Be the go-to expert for our membership registration and competition management systems, ensuring a smooth experience for users across the country.
  • Lead Platform Administration: Take ownership of the day-to-day management of our membership platform, revolutioniseSPORT, and help us continuously improve its functionality.
  • Support Grassroots Growth: Assist in delivering our entry-level program, Hookin2Hockey, and provide top-notch service to clubs and participants.
  • Champion Member Engagement: Lead the design, rollout, and analysis of our annual Member Engagement Survey to help shape future strategies.
  • Enhance Reporting & Insights: Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer to streamline membership reporting and meet key data requirements for government funding.
  • Assist with Education Programs: Provide administrative support for HockeyEd, our workforce development and education platform.

Remuneration

Hockey Australia will offer a competitive salary package including superannuation dependent upon the successful applicant's skills and experience.

Experience, Skills and Attributes

  • Tertiary degree in Commerce, Business Administration or Sports Management desirable
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role within Sports.
  • Experience with membership platforms
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Teams
  • An interest in sport as a participant, volunteer, official or other capacity
