Skills & Experience

Experienced Property Manager required or opportunity for training for a less experienced Property Manager

Current Agents Representative Certificate or Real Estate License required

Current Driver’s License

Excellent customer service, time management, communication & computer skills plus a great attitude to learning & improvement
Tasks

Day to Day portfolio management

Leasing, processing applications

Appraisals & new property listing

Arrears
-
Maintenance & Compliance

Inspections (Ingoing, Routine & Outgoing)

Business development and growth of rent roll
Salary to be negotiated depending on experience. Position includes a car and phone as part of the salary.
