You will work in Clarence Correctional Centre, Australia’s largest correctional facility, helping inmates prepare for reintegration into society.In this role, you will:Supervise and manage inmates while promoting rehabilitation and reintegrationConduct searches, monitor inmate activities, and maintain a structured, secure environmentUse communication and problem-solving skills to defuse tense situations and maintain orderWork closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure inmate welfare
