About You- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Hold a driver's license and have use of your own vehicle
- Have minimum of 5 years' experience leading a team.
- Paediatric experience and/or mental health is highly desirable
- Experience working in a community services setting (desirable)
- A willingness to provide services within the community, including in-home
- Excellent time management skills and organisational skills

- Full-time role, working remotely from home travelling to client appointments.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to a small team of dedicated and passionate clinicians, including supervision and mentoring, reviewing reports and letters of recommendation and support with professional development
- You will also have your own smaller diverse clinical caseload working within the community to provide high quality clinical support
- Up to 8 days of additional leave a year – 4 “YOU” days of extra leave, pet leave, and volunteering leave as well as paid study leave
- Benefit from paid study leave and experienced mentorship - all managers have 5 – 30 years’ experience
